Read MoreI recently switched over from T-Mobile and needed help with transferring data to my new phone. I called prior to make sure that staff was able to help me. The person on the phone said they were able to do it but there would be a 30 minute wait. I decided to stop by regardless because I was urgently trying to complete my data transfer. When I got there, the store had zero customers, except a family with babies playing with staff? I was helped by a member named Quan. I mentioned my problem and he said that they don’t transfer data and I had to explain that I called and another member confirmed that they did. He asked other staff but they all shook their heads. He then tried to help me but while I was watching him, he was just opening random apps and searching stuff on safari. After a couple minutes of nothing, he tells me that he isn’t able to help and I’d have to go to the Samsung store. I drive over to the Alhambra location, and the staff there helped me transfer everything within 15 minutes…
