I was tired of every month for the last six months. I could not get a study cell phone bill charge. My charges would range between three to $250 and I was supposed to be on a discount plan for 55 and above when I read the plan that AT&T offered for 55 and above it was clear of what the charges are what I could expect without any additional fees, unless I added the add-ons myself, I’m looking forward to starting a life with balance and something that I can afford with respect and dignity as a working woman over 50 my budget is very important to me and being able to have quality service is also important at the store in Easton, Maryland. I met Jamila. She was very knowledgeable was able to verify my identity and pick out a program that was good for me. Needless to say she did not try to force me things that I did not need in or could not afford, and she left herself open for me to come back once I had a chance to become more acquainted with the wireless service that AT&T offers I believe we will have a great business relationship together because of her respect for me, and as I watched her, she was respectful to everyone that came in the store, which was very surprising to me seeing that many of the other carriers in the area are just non-responsive and or accountable for their actions. Thanks ATT for showing that you care by the people you employ!
