Juan, the employee in the mall At&T store was really a wonderful help. I got a new iPhone and he assured me when it came in, he could easily help me transfer data from the old one. This turned out to be exactly what he did, and I am ever most grateful because when I came in to pick up the phone, two different employees gave me excuse after excuse why they could NOT help me, not even a lobe little bit, to transfer the info and told me I'd have to load my 300 plus apps one by one, and redo my 200 passwords by hand as well. I was mortified by the lack of caring and lack of help. I was very VERY close to switching to another carrier over this and I've been a customer with AT&T for at least 25 years. Fortunately, when I came back to try one more time to get my new phone up and working, (or return it), Juan was there again and he transferred everything to my new phone in a very short time. He wasn't put out by it, he didn't complain, he was a genuinely nice person interested in doing his job to the best of his ability. A million thank you's Juan for doing an outstanding job in customer service, and if I need anything else, if I run into those other two employees, I will walk out immediately. All these Apple products I own aren't cheap, and we deserve to be treated just the way Juan handled everything.
