I ended up coming here for a simple exchange of a new phone, something that I’ve done multiple times because I own an IPhone. Everything seemed to go great and all the questions were answered. Fast forward a month later when I received my first bill, I notcidee they were saying the right stuff but doing something else. They added another line to my account along with att next and insurance. My account already has a family insurance, why do I need another one! I get the jobs pays a commissions, but don’t screw your customers over. And if you’re not sure, be a man about it and say you don’t know. Be vulnerable to say it! Being vulnerable makes a great person and leader in all aspects of life.

A member of the marketing team reached out to me unfortunately I was unable to answer, but they did leave a voicemail. I’ve called back once. Twice. Wait a week and call again. Nothing. No answer, not another call back. I’ve called back at different, because you never know, and nothing.
These people should have the AT&T name ripped from them. They should be shut down for the ignorance and terrible customer service and abuse. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for years, and I’ve lived in many places, so I’ve delta with many sales reps, but the rep and management of this place look to take advantage of customers and charge them in any area they can.
AT&T should look into this location that holds their great brand. Their brand and values are not be upgraded by this location.

Wow!!! Dominic figured out my voicemail problem in five minutes. Prior to that I called att customer service, they couldn’t figure it out, wasted 10 hours with technical support.
