We’ve been with Verizon for seven years, and unfortunately, the service has consistently disappointed us—especially in-store, where every visit has been a frustrating experience. On top of that, the prices are high, and we rarely have reliable service on our phones.
While traveling two hours from home, we decided to stop by an AT&T store just to explore our options, since AT&T has significantly better coverage in our area. That visit changed everything.
We were immediately greeted by Abraham, who provided the most exceptional service we’ve ever received at a cellular store. He took the time to explain pricing, devices, and current promotions, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness, we decided to switch to AT&T that same day.
