I recently encountered a problem with activating my newly purchased Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max & as a result, I contacted AT&T customer care via phone for assistance. However, they informed me that they were unable to figure out the problem & advised me to go to a local store in person to seek help, which I did.
As a result, I stepped foot into the Bridgeton AT&T Store & received outstanding customer service while there!
A young Hispanic female customer service agent patiently helped me out & at one point was assisted by her store Manager as it was a unique problem to figure out; however, when all the dust settled, these two did a phenomenal job & were both able to resolve my issue.
I'd like to recognize & thank these employees from the Bridgeton, Missouri Store for all their patience, due diligence & being able to help me out by displaying great customer service.
