I had a wonderful experience. First, I had ordered a upgrade phone online. I was still using a flip phone for 20 years. It was time to change. The online order had requested for me to download my driver license for verification reasons. Well, I could not do that due to the small screen and I never did do emails on that phone. You could not do anything with the internet on the flip phone.
So my husband and I went to the ATT store in Wiggins. I was greeted with a friendly staff person by the name of Faxon. She helped me. She had contacted ATT so I could get that order canceled. The online service was giving me 24 hours to submit the driver license. I had 30 more minutes than it would canceled my order. So she spoke to one guy who didn't speak clear English. He was very hard to understand.
So she tried hard to get it canceled. She tried many times to see if it was canceled because the hard to understand guy on the phone stated it was canceled. It took along time to get it cleared.
So she had Shaun, the manager get on the phone and he spoke with a woman. After a while, it was finally resolved. I got my phone and Faxon helped me transfer my information to my new phone.
Thank you Faxon and Shaun for your fabulous service. I will be back and I recommend this store for great service.
