Read More1.) The front door guy is rude and will talk down to you although that I was respectful to him. I did walk up to him and talk to him and he's like no I'm not mad and he had to explain himself. Anyhow, so that's where my experience started.
2.) I walked into the receiver's office as checked-in (second time checking in after I checked in with security at the front gate.) I checked in and the individual who was working at the window told him to have a seat. (Really nice guy) when I was sitting there it was nasty. Candy wrappers on the food and it were just dirty and they also need to clean that office.
3.) I walked into the building after backing up my trailer. The African American gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful. He's like “you better get the EFS code asap because we have a party to attend and I need to get going so hurry up because I don't have all day.) anyhow I got him the EFS code and the fee was $535.) I only had 4 pallets and took them about an hour to unload me so the wait wasn't bad at all because they had to get to their party.)
