Few months ago, I bought one bed and one mattress.
but i found that delivery men delivered 2 bed. i thought store manager, Lucinda, may input wrong order. So i asked return extra bed and exchange it to mattress. But manager did not give detailed information I asked. Then I cancelled Mattress also and ask her total refund. Even though the product did not leave from warehouse, she told me refund will start after 3 or 4 days after warehouse received the returned mattress. But nothing happened even one week passed. When I call her to check the status, she repeated same word. Even she acted like she did not know anything. She said that she can not help me and told me to call concierge desk. When I called that department, they said store manager will help me. I am very angry and asked them immediate action. After that call , somebody proceed the refund at that day. But he send email with only attached file without explanation of refund process.
I send email 2 times to ask when i get refund. but No response.
After talking with branch manager, i knew the processing date.
I am very upset your service especially regarding after customer service.
