Read MoreI called on a monday in a state of near panic. My refrigerator had died. I spoke to Vernon, told him what I wanted and he said he had plenty of them. I then asked what were delivery options to Santa Ynez., expecting at least a few days. He asked if this was an emergency. I laughed and replied that my fridge was NOT working.....yes it was. He said that normally it would be the end of the week, but that in an emergency he could get one to me by Tuesday afternoon. I was not shopping for price but he came through with a great deal and on Tuesday Jacob and John showed up on time for the install. The had to unexpectedly remove our front door for clearance, but did that professionally, installed the fridge, removed the old one, replaced the door and were gone. Incredible service, friendly, courteous, on time and took care of me in my emergency situation. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will never use anyone else for my apliance needs in the future.
