I literally just put down on a vw jetty from him and yesterday the water pump busted, made me call the wrecker to have them pick up the car. He said it's not fixed by the morning then I will give you a loaner car. I called him around 1p.m . Next day trying to be patient give him time to work on the car and wait for a call. So at 1 he tells me it's not ready yet maybe 2,3 hrs. 4:30p.m. still no word so I call because they close at 5. No answer I call again no answer I called several times he kept answering and hanging up the phone. He finally answered after like the 5th or 6th call just to tell me won't be ready till Monday morning. I asked what happened with the loaner, why haven't you called me to update me or let me know. I am w/o a vehicle, his response was I'm already out of the office I can't do nothing about it right now, you should of called me earlier.... wait, what?? I did call you you said 2-3hrs. He said it's ok don't worry about it I take care of you Monday morning...
