Online order pickups are easy, discrete, and professional. The staff handling my pickup on July 4th were kind, helpful, and quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes (maybe less).
I have been to this store a ton in the past and the staff have always been very friendly to me. The store is always clean, the displays are pristine, and though it can get busy, the Genius Bar is very professional and has handled all of my Apple devices since I was a child. They've replaced multiple devices under warranty and it's always been a nice experience. I do recommend booking an appointment if you have the chance, because the wait can be long during peak hours. They have chargers for everything and I've never had an issue they couldn't fix (or replace the part/device).
AppleCare is a 100% worth the extra fee, and this location has serviced 3 MacBooks, an iPad, an iPod Touch, 2 pairs of AirPods, and 2 iPhones for me. All the repairs were done perfectly and I never have to go in twice for the same reason.
The Deputy standing in the corner is definitely a different vibe but it does feel much safer than it did before. The mall overall has been on it with security, and as a former mall employee it's nice to see things calming down. The store is in a prime location near a lot of other high-end stores, and it fits right in.
The only Apple Store that beats Kenwood (in my experience) is the 5th Ave. location in NYC.
