Read MoreThis was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. I had an incredible experience with Ahmed and his wife. I had previously gone to a larger dealership (Shift.com) and was really unsatisfied with their lack of knowledge and pushy sales approach and the 2012 Toyota Camry LE I was interested in was not in great shape with a large dent in the back.
When I did a quick search again, I found that Apex had listed a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid with 17K less miles and no damage to the vehicle, so I drove an hour out to Apex for a test drive. Right off the bat, Ahmed was super responsive, caring, and attentive from our brief communications (and texts which is GREAT). I was able to come test drive the vehicle the day after I contacted him and upon meeting him and Florina, I felt very comfortable and as though I could trust them. They were both well informed, involved, and overall incredible to the point that I applied for a loan and purchased the vehicle two days later!
One of the biggest selling points for me was that I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection and was actually encouraged to do so by them which shows a huge amount of integrity on their end. Best part is, the vehicle is in practically perfect condition and I got a great deal on it! I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this shop, it’s great knowing I’m able to refer to a small family run business!
