Read MoreI came down to sell some consoles, had a clear estimate since the things I brought in were pretty spendy. But that’s not really the issue, I came across well - maybe with the amount they were looking to offer me, seemed kinda minuscule and could’ve played into the fact one associate didn’t feel very happy about me using the restroom. From all the times I’ve been there, never had an issue. Even asked and they’ve let me know it’s in the back, but on this day it wasn’t a public restroom and even my second party went in without any issues. Did their business and walked out, when I entered, let alone he saw me go within the back room to make my way to the restroom, didn’t say anything but once I was cleaning my hands. BANG BANG BANG; gave me the worst attitude and yelled at me like a child. Very unprofessional in all manners speaking, I was a past regular - loved walking down to my favorite retro store but after this, I’ll certainly won’t feel welcomed in, given I was embarrassed from the other customers over hearing him yelling at me. After all was said & done, his amount he offered me felt diminished because of what transpired, so I said I’ll try elsewhere. (Might wanna add a note to that door, as well. And the back is open to the public, it’s a bit misleading like that.) Came back to my vehicle - with the knowledge “hey, they’ll close at 6:00pm. Better check if I have everything!” Oops, missing an HDMI he must’ve used to test. Guy locks the door twenty minutes early, sees me waving him - absolutely ignores me. Not the service I was expecting at AMT, it’s a damn shame.
