I visited this location for a free tire check this morning. When I arrived, there was already a car ahead of me waiting for the same service. It wasn’t clear how long she had been waiting, but after about five minutes, no staff had come to assist either of us. The woman in front of me even tried to wave down a few nearby technicians, but no one responded.
Eventually, I got out of my car and approached a technician named Andrew. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to help both of us. His responsiveness and willingness to assist made a big difference—thank you, Andrew.
I'm not sure how staffing or workflow is managed at America's Tire, but I do have one suggestion for the store: If there’s a wait, please communicate that to customers upfront. Letting us know how long it might take—or if assistance isn't immediately available—would help us decide whether to wait or return at another time.
