Most recent, December 2023, my mom brought her car in to have a few issues looked at (including a leaving issues, oil change and other issues). Loving her car tremendously, she had it fixed for a total cost of over $5,000.
Unfortunately, a little over 2 months later, her car turned off all of a sudden on the highway. Needless to say, very dangerous.
Now we come to find out that her car did not have any oil and the motor went dead. This happened after she payed all that money to have the leaking issue fixed and a new oil change done. They also assured all issues were taken care of. The mileage was not up for a change of oil yet either.
Therefore, problem was never fixed. If it was, there would still be oil in there. After speaking to manager, all he had to say is “we will talk with management”. I haven’t heard anything back from them.
She is now carless, can’t go anywhere, and won’t stop crying over her baby (car).
I will never bring my car here again. I have personally spent thousands of dollars and that will be my last penny.
Please stay away as they will not own up to their mistakes.
