Clothes are really nice if you're into the made in the USA thing enough to justify the price. I love made in the USA clothing and American Giant's stuff, but I'm knocking it down two stars for the service.
The employee on staff for the day was cold and mostly ignored me and my wife. Online and in the store, they state that first time customers get 20% off their purchase. After signing up with my email to get the discount, the employee still charged me full price on my $300 purchase.
Great products, but they could do better with their hires and training. They stiffed me out of sixty bucks. I'm all for physical storefronts, but you're better off ordering from them online with such iffy service.
Edit: American Giant made things right and refunded me the discount I should've received. Plus one star. Excellent clothes to last a lifetime blemished by a cold shopping experience.
Edit 2: After wearing the $168 flannel shirt three times and washing it on delicate and hang drying once, I realized that all of the buttons are shoddily sewn on with loose threads, some of them already half undone. All of the buttons will fall off at some point. Honestly, for the price, this is embarrassing quality. It looks like a 7th grader's home ec project. American Giant may have worked with the last fabric mill in the U.S. that's able to make flannel, but they need to do more footwork to find the last competent American sewers. If you want to buy American and support your fellow Americans, go buy from that Los Angeles based apparel company that'll give you your hard-earned money's worth.
