Potholes and trash all over the parking lot (TONS of trash behind the store and all along the fence). The final straw for me are the constant policy changes. The plexiglass is COVERED with notices about card purchase minimums, no change over $3 (was 3, then 5, then 3, then 5 again, and now 3 again), etc. Came in the other day, had $6.50 leftover in quarters from doing my laundry, so was going to use it to buy a pack of ciggs (which have gone up $1 in 6 months). Ya know, I can understand not accepting $5.50 in pennies or nickels, but quarters literally counted out FOR YOU, and you won't accept it? Let's be honest here... This policy is for LAZY people. That's why nothing is cleaned. That's why trash is all over the parking lot, and that's why the shelves are empty. Came in here one night at 3 AM, and the cashier was passed out behind the counter. I will NEVER come here again. I'll take my ~$50 a week gas purchases and $55 carton of cigarettes every 2 weeks somewhere else. $355 a month in losses, or $3,720 a year elsewhere. In the 4+ years I've been coming here, that's about $14,880. Imagine how many other regulars have started going elsewhere... Multiply that by 10 to 20. Absolutely done with this place.
