I've used a few brokers & this place is the worst ,they make you wait for improperly signed title's over a month . I dont know why IAA is still listing them as brokers but soon they will be booted off that list if i get enough signatures & people to convince iaa of their poor business conduct. Not replying emails no matter who you email in the company, no returing calls & stealing customers deposit's is not good business. stay away from these people everyone they are liars & just want to scam you out of your money. Now they took away customer's power to bid accordingly & new policy is to contact them if you want to bid on a car 1st but the middle man is the main issue how can you trust All Team Auto thats already stealing from you & others , how can you trust that a bid will go through when you wanted it to go through asap on the spur of the moment or wash your hands of the entire car deal at any given time, but instead one has to call in & or wait on them to do so for you :/ goodluck with that new policy. Beware everyone doing business with them. The main guy lies so much saying I will call you back its been almost a month & still he act's like he dont know me or my buyers number or how to refund my security deposit into my pay pal account. Since 2014 we had many issue's, improperly signed title's , wait over a month late for title was to much, just to name a few . This new bidding policy they have now where you must call in to bid & let them know how much are you willing to spend is too much for me. I want out of this scam. Also by reading everyones feedback / reviews abouth this business I'd rather use another broker period . As of this day still 5-24-2019 they stole money from me , my security deposit, lie after lie . All this negative input from many customers will catch up with All Team Auto cause the automotive world is all so small. I will see another IAA boss soon in person about this business on the broker list which should be removed immediately . Beware of this business that steals money from customer's .
