Worst experience renting equipment. I rented 50 chairs, 4 tables and a heater for new years eve. I received a confirmation text the day before delivery to confirm everything and all the information regarding delivery and pick up. I confirmed the drop off and they delivered the equipment the 31st as they said they would. When they dropped everything off, they put the heater together and we all noticed that the pan at the top of the heater was missing a bolt so it was leaning to the side, when we mentioned it to the man that delivered everything he said it would take too much time to go get the missing piece and come back. I called the office and explained the situation and the man said he would have someone fix it. No one ever came, I called again and no one answered so I left a message. As we start to set up for the party, we noticed that one of the chairs was broken and we weren't able to use it and when we tried to start the heater it would not start lit without holding down the knob. We improvised and taped the knob down but it was extremely ugly and inconvenient and it still had the tilted pan. They were supposed to pick it up on January 1st and no one came. The next day, 1/2/20 they called and text that they were on their way to pick everything up, I told them that no one would be home and that they were supposed to come yesterday. The driver said that I would be charged $15 because they would have to come back out since no one would be home. Customer service just keeps getting worse. I called the office and spoke to Guadalupe, explained all of the situations and she apologized for everything. She said she would send a driver out and they would have to check the heater to make sure it didnt work in order to get any type of refund. She said after the driver checks it, he would call her and then they can decide what to do. When the driver Andrew showed up, he checked the heater and agreed that it did not work. He said I would have to go to the office for any refund. I called and text Guadalupe to see if this is correct and to set up a time to come and since the 2nd she has not answered any texts or calls. I will be showing up to the office. This place it awful and they delivery super old and ugly equipment. Please do not use this company for your party rentals.
