I have been going to Al Serra Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM for nearly five years. The service department is great! Everyone is professional, they follow through. The sales department could use a bit of work, especially when you inquire about a vehicle and they tell you it's sold and then you wait for an option, but it never comes. For example, I called about a white RAM TRX, but it was sold, and the salesman didn't come back with, but I have a few others in the following colors. The conversation essentially ended with, 'It's sold...' To me that's a training issue or the salesman isn't hungry enough.Michele is great! She keeps me informed the entire time my vehicle(s) are in for service, i.e., I'll receive a text letting me know when the vehicle went in with the technician, how it's going, when I can expect it to be done, etc.—that's customer service - period. Many dealerships, including Al Serra, get a bad rap because of poor customer service, yet every time I've had my vehicle(s) for service, it's been awesome! Before I dealt with Greg, then Whitney, and now Michele with the occasion of Chris, I cannot complain. It's too bad the sales team is not that great, so I buy from LaFontiaine in Fenton, but service at Al Serra. I'll admit that not being able to bring my parts for installation anymore stinks, but it is what it is. Again, my hats off to the leadership of the Service Department at Al Serra, Chrysler, and Jeep RAM. Whatever you're doing, please don't change it.
