I had airsoft rifle, "repaired." They never called to advise when it was completed. I had to call and check the status multiple times. After pick up and trying to use it, I saw they had changed the battery connection to another type that wasn't on the rifle to begin with. Needless to say, I didn't have that type of battery, so I took it back. The clerk said they are too busy with repairs, so keep it, call them back later during the week, and keep checking in to find out when their repair tech is in. I then need to come to the store when the tech is in, and he will fix it on the spot. So, they are too busy to fix their mistake and want me to be inconvenienced, keep calling them, make a special trip, and waste more of my time for their mistake?
They also refused to allow me to leave the rifle so the tech can fix it when he arrives, "sometime during the week." Horrible customer service and business practices.
They have great service to sell you on stuff, but once they get your money, it's over.
I also brought in a brand new Lancer I bought the same day I dropped off my other rifle for repair at this store (3 weeks earlier). The new Lancer had a short in the battery connector discovered during the first time it was used, (ground wire was loose) and even though it was within the 30 day return period, the same clerk refused to exchange or repair it. He told me I had to contact Lancer because it was under warranty even though it was within the 30 day return time period, and I had the receipt in hand.
I rarely post negative reviews, but people need to know about this place.
The clerk then complained about customers not picking up their repairs, so they have to sell them to make room for more repairs...So they have to sell customers fixed products before they can fix their mistake in mine???
