Pure mother who knows how to fix guitars. I took a new 12 string guitar to have it changed to even strings and to lower the action of the guitar overall. The first time they gave it to me, they left it too high, with the wrong strings and without the 12 string (I know it's common but I use them with the 12). I took them to them again and they said "that's what those guitars are like" (gaslighting). I took them again and they left it almost the same but with scratches and scratches all over the bridge of the guitar. By adjusting the fretboard of the guitar myself, I left it better than "the best they could do with that crappy guitar." I suggest taking your guitars to Guitar Center or the Colfax Guitar Shop. The work they did on my guitar and the customer service I received was very very bad.
