Purchase a mobile chair. Almost three months ago and already having issues. Has been sent back to store 3 times to be fixed. Problem not solved parts where replace with old parts .
Controller was replaced with a used one and battery charger was fixed in house and not replaced. The tech did a bad job on soldering wire and because of that the leads where fixed in house.
Not replaced with NEW PARTS .
No it sets there not being able to use because it doesn't make it to the corner....
I asked if I could take chair somewhere else to be looked at. Was Told not covered by warranty. The only reason I asked this question was because of the work they had done to chair. Called jazzy mobility and I was told that the parts in question are to replaced with NEW parts and not to open or fix parts because it voids warranty...
I told them this and they said bring it back to look at it again. I don't like the fact that it's been there 3 times for the same thing.just to find out it wasn't replaced but a poor job soldering job and spare parts from a old chair.
So now we go to court
