Service extraordinaire! New to Bloomington and I live right on the old courthouse square. Discovered this jeweler by just walking past their store front. I was delighted with the service. New batteries for my several watches at half the price of the jeweler at the east edge of town. But the service was amazing. I dropped off a watch for a new band. I didn’t give them enough information and when it was ready, the band, a special order, was too small for my wrist, they didn’t bat an eye – with big smiles they ordered one the proper size at no additional charge. I took in an antique broach which I’d damaged. Heather repaired it so well you can’t even tell it was broken. They are kind, friendly, helpful, welcoming and never pushy about anything. I surely didn’t expect to find this little jewel of a shop so near my home. Thank you Heather and team for the splendid service. 715 custom jewelry, you Rock!
