tbh one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.My family and I went in to buy jeans as a gift for someone overseas. There were about 3-4 employees just standing around, loudly talking about their boyfriends and laughing like they were hanging out, not working. When I showed them a picture of the jeans we were looking for, they barely helped. They just said, "This is a similar one," and went right back to chatting with each other. While we were discussing in our own language, one of the employees walked up with an impatient tone and asked if we were done yet. Then I asked about straight jeans, and the same employee who "helped" us earlier literally turned to another employee and said, "i already told them all that earlier," in a mocking and condescending tone. She didn't say it to us, but there was no one else in the store, so it was obviously abt us. Another staff member did show us jeans from a different section of the store, so... idk maybe not everyone there was terrible? At one point, my elderly grandmother tried on a pair of jeans and gestured that she needed a bigger size. One of the employees came over and laughing "Idk what she's saying, but Ig she wants a bigger size?" Her tone and body language felt incredibly mocking and disrespectful. It was so obvious we were being treated differently especially because we werent speaking English??? Even after all that, we bought two jeans just to get it over with. At the cashier, no one explained the return policy, they just gave us the total. And while we were talking to each other in our language, one employee kept staring at us with a really judgmental expression. We went back the next day (aka today!) to return one of the items, and as soon as one employee saw my mom, her whole expression changed. Super annoyed. She immediately said something like, "Ohhh I remember you,". When my mom said we were there to return a jeans, she was like "I literally told you yesterday that returns werent allowed, maybe you just didnt listen to me?" Which was a complete lie. No one told us anything about returns. Overall, we felt rushed, mocked, disrespected, and honestly, lwk discrimination against during our entire time in the store. The employees were laughing at customers and making rude comments. And seeing my elderly grandmother treated like that was just... so annoying.
IM TELLING YOU: DONT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL THE SAME WAY I DID!!
