Horrible customer service!
I called before my last visit, because it was storming pretty hard outside, to find out if they carried a USB-C cable. It's been a while since I've been in, I come over to this area to visit a friend. I tried explain over the phone, but the lady hung up on me.
Apparently she couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for even tho I carefully explained to her the product, slowly spelling out for her. I ended up driving over and she still refused to help, only pointing to cables, which were facing inward to the register.
I was forced to reach over a tall display to try and grab a cable to examine if it was the one I was looking for. When I tried to explain she had micro-USB and lightening cables, she turned her head and said she didn't know the difference. Apparently, she didn't care to learn either.
Customer service is huge to me, the difference between patronizing a store and going somewhere else to spend my hard earned cash. I went to Walgreens and purchased the cable there, cheaper, believe it or not, than what 7-11 was selling any of their cables for.
