Now they are saying my vehicle is being worked on. 4 weeks later… (I have made a payment and everything) I get a call from the owner and he says he’s taking my vehicle to Dodge for a diagnostics and that he would get it fixed, and that my fellow readers is the last I have heard from Roc Manuel. They gave me an unregistered loaner, with no dealers tags, nothing! So of course, I was stopped by the police in which I explained the situation and they gave me a warning. So today my husband and I come to the dealership because we’ve actually been calling to find out what’s going on and have not been able to get anyone on the phone, and lo and behold, we arrived at a now EMPTY & CLOSED car lot. Proper channels are now being contacted because my van is officially a STOLEN vehicle! We have a very dangerous loaner vehicle that is unregistered no paperwork, airbags have been previously deployed seatbelt doesn’t work in the passenger seat, hood not secure, while I’ve been waiting for the vehicle I originally paid for. This place has completely disappointed me and my husband. To not even have the common decency to call or answer a call and let us know what’s going on. You will not have any good luck.
