Today I placed a mobile order at 12:00pm. I left my job and came to this Starbucks because the 3 other Starbucks in the area are either closed or out of cold brew. After waiting for 45 minutes & the Kroger management getting involved, the female that finally came back from break 15 minutes late gave me an attitude because I asked her to take care of my drink before tending to other customers wanting to place an order. I had been waiting FIFTY minutes at this point. She got an attitude about her “being entitled to a break” which I told her she should turn mobile ordering off while on break so she run into this problem again. My daughter used to work for Starbucks and ensured me that’s standard protocol. She exclaimed “I don’t have to!” And told me to shut the **** up and I repeated the same. So you mean to tell me I’m supposed to pay money to waste an HOUR of my time, be talked bad to, and THEN SHE MAKES THE DRINK WRONG! Doesn’t even try to add CREAM to a CREAM cold brew. I’m done with Starbucks and I have been a DAILY drinker for 3 years. Pathetic.
