Starbucks in Memphis

Customer service on point 🙏 Overly kind. I appreciate good service. Keep up the great work yal! Mostly students which is great. They have to deal with a lot. I always get the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappachino with Almond milk, add 2 shots of espresso, line the cup with caramel sauce and add cookie crumble topping. NO WHIP CREAM. They give me points on the app and I get $1 off every 25 points I use. Pretty legit 👌

For it to only be 2 people working inside this location the staff today was on point. Considering how busy they were I was impressed on how fast they worked together. I was also pleased that the staff greeted customers and although it was a lot to handle they never got overwhelmed and they worked together. Kudos to the young man and woman working this morning.

Araynna was amazing, point blank. We ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough, three birthday cake pops, a blue raspberry refresher, and my wife ordered a match based drink. Not only was her customer service phenomenal, but she was incredibly EFFICIENT. She got everything out in a timely manner while ensuring that we were able to eat and drink while waiting on the remainder of our items. By far the BEST customer service I've had in a while. We wish her only the best :]

2xArayanna was not only very friendly, but also very professional and had excellent customer service. She made my drink with utmost care, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best that I've ever had while visiting Starbucks location. ( The grilled cheese was also to die for )

Update 9-14-24 The manager, Ebone, reached out to me to resolve the concern and did an excellent job with her service recovery. She ensured me there would be vast improvements with some customer service experiences and loo into the early "closing prep" and automated message. I went back last week and ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful. Kudos 👏🏿 Update 9-7-24 from 4 stars to 2 stars I'm started to get bothered... and I am pretty patient with Starbucks. Why do y'all keep fluctuating your times with no warning? This is so unprofessional and a quick way to ruin your loyal business. I got here at 7:40 pm on today a Saturday. It says open until 8 pm but they have already turned on the closed recording at drive thru. Worst part is I'm stuck in the line for what could have been the time to make my drink...no far 14 minutes and two cars still ahead of me and two behind!!!! Closing at 8 means service stops at 8. Not , uhhh this will take us 40 minutes to clean so let's start packing up and refusing customers 40 minutes prior. This is not acceptable 😑 manager needs to be consistent on her staff and inspect what you expect. Absolutely ticked!!! Update 6/2024: I initially gave this store 3 stars when it was in its infancy, and I'm now upgrading to 5. Here's why. The environment inside has improved. The staff has been seen on multiple visits cleaning, restocking and tidying up. The staff has clearly been retrained and some may not be here anymore. There is a marked improvement. They are super friendly and courteous now. The drive thru is efficient and the drinks hit everytime. I will give extra kudos bc when the summer drink first came out and many of the other store were constantly out, they made a point to keep it stocked and restocked quickly if they ran out. They also had plenty holiday choices even when they were busy. There could be a larger selection of merchandise. I noticed that many of the cups and tumblers are not in this one, but maybe that's coming. They did have the Been There Series which I love and a good selection of the bagged coffees. Also where is the community board? Or are those being phased out? Good job on amping the staying power!!! Also, lastly, the seating looks like it won't be, but it is the most comfortable and style forward I've seen in a while I'm a Starbucks after they removed the non hygienic soft options. Would love to come back. I realize there was a wreck that knocked power out here and to neighboring business. It's been back on for at least a week or more now. The wreck was at least 12 days ago. What gives? I pray it was retraining, because the drinks were good, but the service is extremely slow at drive thru. I want this one to be successful, but you need to be open to get business.

Really nice atmosphere ordered venti strawberry refresher my daughter ordered the dragon fruit refresher and I had the old fashion donut. Our order was was efficient and delicious and the staff was very friendly!!! This is a new location and they are still working out the kinks but overall the atmosphere was nice and the employees were very friendly and efficient

I don't often rate pre made food , but the Bacon Gouda is pretty good. They always provide service with a smile. That goes a long way as I start my morning. Great place to have breakfast with your family in Whitehaven. It's also a great place for a quick business meeting. The wifi is strong here even in the parking lot. It's also a good place to swap a small item off social media due to it having heavy law enforcement presence.

Out of all my experiences with Starbucks this one is the best as soon as I walked in we were greeted the girl jasmine at the counter was incredible I told her what I wanted which was a vanilla bean with no whip cream with the cup lined …
