The lady in the drive thru was nice enough to put up with my husband's funny bullshit. Drinks were made perfectly and my little boy loved his kids hot chocolate. Which I was so pleased it wasn't HOT so he could enjoy it right away!

When I ordered venti coffee they served a grande. When i asked I wanted venti. The waiter, Tyler, said I should pay a new coffee for it. And kind of angrily... not sure why this attitude... one star.

The baristas are really sweet but I noticed the manager Sara being aggressive and having a racist undertone with the baristas. I was in town to visit a friend, but I wanted to make aware of what's going on at this store.

The manager, Sarah I believe, was very rude and overtly racist. I talked to a couple of friends and they all said the same thing. Her attitude towards customers and workers is terrible and it honestly ruins the experience.
