Read MoreEatontown Starbucks has been a hit or miss for me in the past. I was never a fan of the long lines and just being counted as a number and not a person. But I will say- It has changed! I had ordered my drink in drive thru and it was made incorrectly, I did not want to hold up the line, so I went around and went inside, the barista, Gabby, greeted me immediately, apologized for the wrong order and offered to correct it- which was great and very generous of her. Another time, I did an order pickup inside and it was raining..pouring, I went through the drive thru instead and when I got to the ordering station, the barista, Grace was very polite and stated she would grab my drink from the pickup counter and hand it to me in drive through- she was very polite, smiling, and personable. I also had interactions with David, when he is on drive-thru; he will always ask me if the drink is correct before I pull of, which is very kind of him. I would recommend this Starbucks if you’re looking for some coffee or a snack.
