Explained everything before, what he was going to do and the cost. Excellent service, efficient, quick and professional. Why i called him from my phone contact list (so wonderful not to have to search Google for a plumber, knowing its like having your own personal trusted plumber). This job was for a leak in a section of my drain pipe in my crawl space from my kitchen sink. Had an electrician fix a wiring issue and told me there was about a 2 foot section cracked and leaking bad. Called Miles. He went under and instead of just fixing the obvious problem. He did some researching and noticed the pipe was completely clogged, all the way to my sewer drain. Im thinking now he has to reschedule since on our phone call, told him just a 2 ft section and should be quick. He tells me, i need to get more piping and will be right back and get me all fixed up. Afterwards, i asked him if he could replace these old shutoff valves under the sink. He said sure. Ive got some on my truck. Replaced the 3 valves. Just like last time. Gave me the updated cost before doing job. Very PLEASED!! PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING ALL MY CONCERNS. Im very comfortable working with him, knowing i will never be taken advantage of and his prices are very competitive and not over priced. Well done once again Miles.
