Tom and Joe serviced our water heater today. Both impressively knowledgeable. They walked in, identified the make and model of our water heater at first glance, had the parts on their truck, and managed to get it relit without much effort. They quoted us a reasonable and fair price to replace the gas control valve and pilot assembly. They also cleaned it. Took them maybe 20 minutes to replace. They were in and out quick and now we have hot water again! Great personalities as well, talked up my dad about fishing and duck hunting. Very friendly guys! If any future plumbing problems arrise, I will definitely be calling Young Plumbing again. I highly recommend their services!

What we liked most, was that they gave detailed answers to our questions, and really walked us through the houses piping systems.
They serviced an unused gas line, and unused yard irrigation system.

When your mom is elderly, it's important to find companies that you trust. She had a coupon from Young Plumbing, so I requested that they come out and fix her sink that wouldn't drain on my day off. I loved how easy it was to make the appointment, and how well-informed we were about when the technician would arrive. Great customer service! Joe arrived right on time, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem for us. He estimated it and I thought it was a little high, but mom got a senior discount and had that coupon, so it came down to a workable price. He made sure the sink drained before he left, and cleaned the work area up as well. Perfect! I'm so pleased we called them and will do so with any other plumbing issues.

We were in need of some plumbing work done at our home, and remembered the phenomenal service we received from Young Plumbing in the past. We contacted them yesterday, and today they were able to send someone to help. They sent Erich who like those before him provided exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and able to resolve all of our plumbing issues. Erich was.also very personable and quickly put our minds at ease. He also had a great sense of humor. If you need plumbing work to be done, my family and I highly recommend Young Plumbing. They do not disappoint!
