I am updating this review after our second service for Xtreme Comfort. Joshua and his team did some mold remediation, added an expansion tank to our water system & completely replaced our crawl space’s aging vapor barrier. The work was done in a very professional manner and they made sure everything was clean when they finished, including removing some old construction debris from the crawl space. Not only that, they completed the work ahead of schedule. Again, I highly recommend Joshua Cape and Xtreme Comfort.
I want to highly recommend Joshua Cape with Xtreme Comfort for any of your HVAC needs. We just started dealing with Joshua and his initial inspection was the most detailed we have seen. He then spent the time explaining everything he found, what should be addressed immediately and what could wait until the next service. During the first service visit, Joshua not only repaired/replaced the immediate needs, he took the time to show us what was done, the old items and he explained how to mitigate issues going forward. This attention to detail is uncommon lately and it is greatly appreciated. Well done Xtreme Comfort.

Josh was very honest, upfront, professional and friendly. He replaced the coils on our indoor unit and SAVED us. I would highly recommend for any and all HVAC needs, repairs, or replacement!

Joshua Cape and his crew at Xtreme Comfort are a reliable, prompt, flexible and honest technical team for anything to do with HVAC maintenance, repairs and installation. I like having them work on the multiple systems at rental homes around Royston. I recommend them highly.

I really like their text update program. They keep you very informed and it feels very organized. I know a lot of great hvac folks who get covered up and aren’t able to be as responsive as they’d like.
Xtreme Comfort has figured this out!
