September 7th 2024, at 9:00 am, in the Pireus Athenas Port. We were sitting outside, in public seats, with my family (two kids, two people older than 65 and a person with a severe disability.)
Sudently, a group of aproximately 6 people, wearing your company close and sings approuched us. We were in shock when they requested to leave the seats because those seats (just outside of the Port, in the street) belonged to your company. They were very invasive and agresive with the words they said, to force us to leave the public seats free. We denied becasuse two main reasons:
1) your company can not be the owner of public seats(in the street)
2) and the most important: :disabled people and elderly people are priority.
We were affaid of this way of behaviour and we felt in danger, in front of 6 young people, requesting many times, in name of your company.
Finally we realized that all of them were young employees from Windstar , welcoming clients for a new cruise, standing next to a wooden stand.
It was 9:00am when the incident occurs and at 9:15 all of them were having brakfasts just there: some of them standing and some others siiting on the floor.
Incredible to create such an embaarrasing situation because they wanted to have breakfast sitting.down in those seats.
Windstar company, please consider this learning experience to do your best in the process of sharing good values and principles with your employees.
