Great experience. My 29 year old system finally gave out and i knew full well i would need a replacement even before this incident. Bob gave a full and honest quote explaining the differences between different models etc.. He listened to my concerns and i got the system I needed for this house.
Installation began the day after the quote was given and agreed to.
Greg the installer, and his partner Cole did a fantastic job removing the old units and installing the new ones, keeping things clean and neat as they worked.
Greg did a very good job explaining some problem areas and how best to remediate them to avoid any future problems. They took the time to do things the right way.
Greg did a very thorough job explaining what was going to be done, what was being done as work progressed and how the system operates once the work was completed.
Cant say enough good things about my experience with Wilson Plumbing and the Installer Greg!

at no point did we have any anxiety that it was not going Tom be put in today. Robert went to work…… professionally.. efficiently and in a very friendly way. I recently had my water heater replaced from Wilson Heating. Without going in to boring long winded details, I'll get to how awesome this company is- especially the employees. Coming home from a 3 month Arizona trip Easter morning at 3:00 a.m. I discovered my furnace was out along with my water heater leaking all over the basement floor. I called Wison first thing Easter morning hoping that someone could at least come out some time Monday/Tuesday to help me out. The very pleasant customer service person said lets got on it right away! Within 25 minutes I had a very kind and friendly technician at my door Easter morning! She was there for the furnace but put a work order in for someone to come the next morning to help with the water heater. Even though she could not resolve the issue with the furnace, she had all the parts ordered, and asked if we would like some space heaters to keep us warm until they could complete the job. ( How nice was that? ) Jason Beatty (very knowledgeable and trustworthy) arrive first thing Monday morning. After investigating the water heater thoroughly, he then explained all my options . Shortly after that, the installer David Beatty showed up and did an outstanding job installing a commercial grade water heater in just a couple of hours. He was extremely intelligent, and very courteous and explained everything that he was doing and how everything worked. He was very careful taking out the old heater and bringing in the new one without even a scratch to the home. He wanted to make sure I completely understood everything he was doing and kept asking me is there anything else he could do for me. He cleaned everything up like it was brand new and then thanked me for the business. I would highly recommend Wilson to anyone looking for a quality trustworthy HVAC/water heater company. No need to look anywhere else! Dan and Margie Flynn.

Jonathan did an excellent job explaining what he was going to be doing with the toilet replacement, including concerns about the potential flange connection issue that might make the replacement of the 70 plus year old toilet a bit complicated - wouldn't know until the old was actually removed. Fortunately there were no issues, and the installation was completed quickly and we are very happy with his work. My husband was the one who had originally made arrangements for the replacement, but he was not available. Jonathan was very thorough in his explanation and made me comfortable with the process.
