I have been using Wilco to service my 25 year-old air conditioning system for about the last 10 years. When I finally decided to replace my aging system, of course I called Wilco for a quote but did my due diligence by requesting quotes from other providers in the area. I ultimately went with Wilco as I knew I would, not just because they came back with the best price, but because I trust them. They took out my old unit and had the new one installed and running within eight hours.
As a sidenote… One of the quote that I received from a “reputable“ competitor here in central Florida came in at roughly $9k higher than Wilco. And just to compare apples to apples, I live in an older home that requires some creative installation, so I’m not gonna compare the differences related to some line items that were quoted, but I will compare the equipment, which were identical units from Lennox…. Down to the model numbers, Wilco’s price was $9,000 cheaper for the two units and very much in line with what the equipment would cost from a retailer if I were to purchase directly.
