Then after sites were built, I was then told about hosting fees, etc. I had a service level agreement in place where the promised additional sites. They never delivered. When I called or emailed about them, both went unanswered. The work was mediocre at best
but the customer service was definitely sub par.
I was promised a content management system where I could make updates/changes myself. I never received it. I worked with someone by the name of Jay Anderson and Aiden (don't have the last name).
Save yourself the headache of having to dispute charges with your credit card company later. I DO NOT recommend this company.
