I had a bad water line leak behind my closet wall. It damaged the drywall, baseboard & flooring. I needed a plumber quickly to locate the leak & make a repair before things got worse. Their master plumber, Alfredo, came to my house in less than an hour. He promptly made a quality repair at a reasonable price considering the urgency. I will use this plumber again & recommend him. Do not use this company. Ramon Perdomo from Desmar landscaping installed a sprinkler system for our house using an existing well to supply water for the lawn. He neglected to test the quality of the well water before installing the system (which cost several thousand dollars). Shortly after the system was installed, we realized the well water was killing our new lawn and landscaping. We asked another irrigation company to evaluate our system and they found that the water was highly contaminated and salty/brackish. After consulting a number of experienced landscaping companies in the area we learned that this is common with well water in our neighborhood, and that any decent irrigation installer would have tested the water prior to setting up the system. We advised Ramon Perdomo of the situation and he told us that it was ‘not his responsibility.’ Don’t waste your time and money with this company.
