Travis showed up at my property the next day after calling for a bid, sent me the estimate and arranged to have some shingle samples dropped off the day after I had set my appointment for later in the month but circumstances changed and we actually arranged for an earlier date. Travis was always responsive, got back to me in record time. My roofers, Julio and Miguel, were polite, professional, and did beautiful work. I appreciated their attention to detail. Despite having challenges with the rain, my roof was delivered when promised, and when my invoice came, it was the same as my estimate. No surcharges, no fees, no funny stuff, just straightforward business. Colleen the office manager was friendly and easy to work with. The entire staff was just great to work with. VIP is the real deal. I would recommend them to my friends. Great job!!
