I texted them asking how much was to unclog my shower drain, they said 220 when on the website is 200, anyway was fine.
After 1 month, once i was ready to schedule them, i texted them back and Aaron told me they were coming today Mon Oct 28th at 8.30am, so i confirmed, and i organized my day with my clients because of it.
At 9am no news from anyone, i had to text them and Aaron said they were in the traffic, on them way to my apt, ok fine!
At 9.40am i get a phone call from Diego, the guy who was supposed to come to my apartment telling me that he is still 30min away to come, ok fine again.
10.40am nobody came to my apartment!
I woke up earlier for them, organized my day for them..result?! Shower not fixed, 3h lost of my monday because of them.
I can tolerate 30min late, not 2 h..
This people have business in Miami, they know how heavy is the traffic in the morning, they should not give an appointment to someone if they can not accomplish it.
