This is the best Ulta between here and SeaTac in my opinion. Although I have never had a bad experience at any other locations, the employees consistently show friendly, personable yet professional customer service. I want to share my experience from this evening which involves Kyle the Manager.
He is an absolute doll & delight. He is knowledgeable, honest and cares about his customers. There was a mix up with my online order but it was solved quickly and easily. I ended up coming back after leaving and realizing I somehow grabbed the wrong product. We were able to exchange quickly and easily. I left, happily I would like to add, with my new items and was about 20 minutes into heading home when Ulta called. Somehow my ID was left at the register and Kyle had Tabitha the lead cashier call me and let me know about the mishap and that they knew I lived over an hours distance out and made getting my license back the priority in that moment. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. If this by chance makes it to a GM or higher up, I hope that you will take the opportunity to acknowledge and recognize Kyle for not only his obvious passion/expertise of beauty products but his outstanding customer service. Kyle informing Tabitha also that he would be putting my ID in the safe for security if I wasn't able to come back before closing was an extra step they in no way owed me. I can't say THANK YOU to Kyle, Tabitha and Ulta enough. This location will continue to be supported by my teens and me. YOU'RE AWESOME! Side note/request; maybe some type of discount program for single parents, college students, etc. As a single moma of 4, it isn't often that I get to really splurge or even afford the basics I need at times on such a tight income. Just a thought. :)
