Ben was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He provided options and prices and the price he quoted was exactly what I was charged. He was very professional and friendly and completed the water heater installation by himself in less than 3 hours. He cleaned up everything and took the old water heater away with him. He may not have been the cheapest, but he was willing to come out as quickly as I needed him to and he was well worth the money I paid him. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

Our water heater went out and Angie’s list recommended a few companies. Ben was able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix everything quickly. Unfortunately we had to buy a new water heater, but he already had a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater with him, quickly removed our old water heater and replaced it with the new one in just a couple hours. Efficient, friendly and reasonable price.

Ben arrived quickly, had the unit and materials needed. He was communicative and answered questions. He left user materials and walked through what to do and who to call for which type of problem. Nobody ever enjoys paying for a new water heater nor for the installation, but Ben and T&S Plumbing made it as bearable as possible!

Our water heater broke unexpectedly and did not find out until in the morning. We reached out to several plumbing vendors but most of them gave us outrageous prices (One being over $6K for 50 gallon water heater replacement - Scott Hale). Then we reached out to Ben A. from T&S Plumbing. Ben came within 30 mins, took a quick look and gave us an awesome price, and replaced the whole water heater system within a day. Very professional, bright, and kind. I would recommend T&S plumbing to anyone close to me.

Ben did a great job for my house in Provo, UT. I had an old sink replaced with a new sink and a new faucet. Ben told me that he would redo the piping because the original piping were inferior and were not up to code. Ben also replaced my two toilets.
I told Ben that the water pressure was weak and the next day Ben came out to help me look at the water pressure. Ben is a good plumber who cares about your job. I would recommend Ben to anyone who needs plumbing work for his/her house.

I signed up on home advisor to have someone give me a bid on a new water heater and T & S plumbing popped up first. Ben called me with in 5 minutes and was at my house in 20 giving me a bid. His bid was the lowest and he did the job the next morning bright and early.
