After a big storm, I knew my roof was damaged, but trying to get my insurance to actually approve anything was a terrible time. I reached out to this company, and they immediately took over the process. They didn’t back down once, they kept pushing, and following up. It took some time, but they got it done. My roof’s fixed, and I didn’t have to keep stressing over the insurance drama. These guys truly went above and beyond.

I was having trouble Getting my roof approved. Until true star came along and did the whole claim for me and got it approved. They are on top of their work and great with customer service.

Very professional in dealing with are roof . They told me everything that was needed to repair and replace the roof. They worked with insurance company and all that for me. They are very courteous and very professional.

Avoid this company by all means.
I’ll also be sure to post the below on NextDoor and anywhere else I see applicable to save others the pain I went through. Samual (Sam) is not to be trusted. He gave me his word that he would repair my back room and now (6 months later) he’s not returning my calls. Thankfully I didn’t give him the extra $1000 he was asking for out of pocket for my back room even though he promised he would have it covered with the roof repair.
He fluffed the repairs as you will see below but the only thing half way repaired was my house shingles. I see dips in my roof where they should have replaced the plywood. He fluffed the repairs needed with my insurance company to get more money and then only replaced the main roof.
Trustar Construction, LLC declares that a full shingle replacement (house and shed), fence (stain and preasure wash), shutters, window screens, and combing of ac unit has been completed.
This was all a lie to get more money out of the insurance company… Please do not waste your time and definitely do not take his word…
