Let me address your response Ms. B no one is trying to sabotage your business. I have nothing to gain by laying. I am telling my truth of what I experienced which I am free to do whether you agree with it or not. I'm sorry not your business partner a worker remodeling your shop. If she has a service dog maybe appointments should be schedule after the work is complete for the day not during. I understand you have many heads you do but if you don't remember something ask. When I left you had done one braid only which looked similar to what you did the last time by the end of the braid only nothing more was seen by me until I came back. I left because I trusted that I would receive the same service as I did the first time since I had paid for and requested the same service. I was unaware that I needed to remind you of the services you offer. Online nothing specified the option to pay at the shop in order to book the appointment a fee is required. If payment is accepted at the shop that should be listed on your website. I was not happy with the service which is why I questioned it but had to return to work and could not discuss in more detail at the time of pick up. So I tried calling 20 min after the appointment to discuss the fact that my daughter cried because she was so unhappy with her hair. No answer by you nor a call back. I appreciate the offer for the $80 refund but the point of the matter is we were unhappy. Thanks for being a woman of your word and I hope nothing but the best for you moving forward.

"Ms. B is sweet as pie but unorganized. She never starts at the time you are booked for. There are so many people coming in and out of the shop. Her business partner has her dogs running around.You must pay for the service of ahead of time which is fine if you receive what you actually paid for. On my last visit the service paid for was not the service received and no refund was given just a sorry. You are unable to see your hair until she is done. I really like the way she braids but unfortunately she has lost a client. If you want to pay top dollar for crappie service go here".
