UPDATE: THEIR RESPONSE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS A LIE!! It was NOT 73 times! I HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE BC LIFE HAPPENS BUT ONE ISSUE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ONE. WHY WOULD YOU OFFER 20% OFF OFF WHEN YOU DIDNT WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER!!! Since I CORRECTED YOU ON YOUR OWN POLICY, YOU BANNED ME!!!! I POSTED THIS ON A FB MOMS GROUP AND MOST HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE!!! YOU HAD THE POST REMOVED BUT YOU CANT REMOVE IT HERE!!!!! A Disheartening Experience After 9 Years of Loyalty I never thought I’d be writing this, but after nine years as a loyal customer at Toi Nails Wellington, I’m disappointed to share an experience that has left me both shocked and disheartened. Last week, I had an appointment at the salon, as I have so many times before. However, my usual technician, June, wasn’t available, and I was taken care of by Vincent. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. Within just one week, my nails began peeling and chipping—a first in all my years of visiting this salon. I reached out to the salon to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution that would restore my confidence in their services. I politely requested a credit for the unsatisfactory service so I could have my nails redone by June during my next visit on August 29th. To my surprise, I received a response apologizing for the inconvenience but also stating that the salon could no longer accommodate me as a customer. They offered a refund but effectively banned me from returning. This experience has been deeply upsetting, not only because of the poor service but also due to the way it was handled. I’ve always valued the quality and care I received at Toi Nail Salon Wellington, which is why this situation is so disappointing. After nine years of loyalty, it’s disheartening to be treated this way. I hope this post serves as a reminder that customer service and loyalty should go hand in hand. First time I went was really really good, second time- she would not listen to my shape request, cut my finger really badly and made it bleed, and the nails were all different thickness and length. Lady at the front was very nice though.
