Speaking with Toan it's easy to recognize he's extremely knowledgable and gives you his honest thoughts and feedback on each question, hypothetical, and policy request you might have. Whether it be via email, a phone call, or in person, Toan is responsive and great at finding a time to work with you. And when you are working together, he not only respects your time by being as efficient as possible but also never rushes or makes you feel as if you can't cover every last question and action item.
