I was treated extremely rudely last Saturday when I went in to explain to the nail tech/(owner?) that my nails had already started chipping after 1 week. I didn't do anything rough with my nails, so I thought it was odd that they had started to chip so soon. The nail tech did a good job, so I thought maybe it was the product? Possibly they received a bad product - all products have defects. So, I thought I was doing my part to warn them that maybe something was wrong, I didn't know? Well, that didn't go over so well as she clearly told me "DON'T BLAME THE PRODUCT IT'S NOT THE PRODUCT". I was so caught off guard, because that was not the response I was expecting. So, at that point I was just wanting to get my nails done, pay my bill, and never come back again.The owner walked away, NEVER offered to fix my nails for free or even a discounted price. No APOLOGY was given, instead I was basically told not to blame the products, absolutely shocking! She said that if it was the product others would be having the same issue. After reading the google reviews others have had issues with the gel polish as well, so I was not the only one! I ended up paying full price to get my nails re-done, and I always tip very well (it was not the nail tech fault in this case). I paid over $100.00 to get nails done after 1week. The response I received from the owner from my google review was it must have been a misunderstanding - ABSOLUTELY NOT!
