Read MoreI have been with the Tim Wallace Agency in South St Paul, MN for about 4 years now and have experienced nothing but great things. I switched to American Family from one of their competitors and couldn't be happier. Robin and Tim have been extremely helpful. Over the past several years I've went from just having auto insurance to acquiring home owners insurance and a life insurance policy. The one time I did have to use my auto policy due to someone rear-ending me, everything went smoothly. I elected to let American Family pay for the repairs for my car and subrogate the at-fault insurance company as they were a nightmare to deal with. American Family's claims team was quick and returned calls and Robin and Tim were available if I had any questions. It takes a lot to impress me insurance-wise. I worked for a property/casualty insurance company for 8 years as a medical, auto and property claims adjuster so I have pretty high expectations when it comes to my insurance and they have exceeded all my expectations!
